Estimate daily macronutrient targets (protein, carbs, fats) based on calorie target and protein preference.

How to use

  1. Provide a daily calorie target.
  2. Provide protein preference either as grams per kg (e.g. 1.6) or percent of calories (e.g. 25%).
  3. Calculator will allocate protein first, then fats (25% of calories by default), and remaining calories to carbs.

Note: This is a simple allocation. Adjust ratios based on goals and dietary preferences.
